WELCOME TO THE LAPLAND PIKE TROPHY 2011
Uman Center, Storuman , June 17-19

The Lapland Fishing Festival will, for 2011, be renamed to: Lapland Pike Trophy.
This is the last year of the project Fishing Cross The Border and we must (due to economy) focus on only the pike competition this year.

But ofcoarse it´s possible to compete also for the keen fly fisherman (with huge pike flies), as well as with spin fishing rods. NOTE! Maps, Competition area Lapland Pike Trophy (pdf map 99Kb)

WE RETURN TO STORUMAN and the Uman Centre for 2011 and the pike competition will be in the surrounding of the river Umeälven.
We have not finally decided the exact spot for the pike fishing, but we will return with detailed info later this spring.

The LFF is still (as previous years) a 2 days friendly competition, that ends with a nice galadinner.
Many competitors and controllers have found new friends within this friendly group of people.

Prices to the Lapland Pike Champion and a special prize for the biggest perch caught during competition.
Competition fee: Total 100 Euro (including 80 Euro for the competition-package and 20 Euro as a price to the Pike Champion)

  • 1st prize goes to the best pike fisherman who gets most cm pike during those 2 days.
  • A special prize goes to the biggest perch caught.
  • In 2011 we also have a money prise award. Of the competition fee, 20 E goes to the 1st prize in the pike competition.
  • Free placing in the boats (no drawing of boats)
